This Map of Aid has been created and is continuously updated by the National Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Addiction, which is part of the Drug Policy Department of the Government Office of the Czech Republic.

The map contains contact details of facilities providing addiction treatment, counselling and prevention services in the Czech Republic. These are divided into categories according to the type of service and, within these categories, according to regions, districts and cities. It also includes smoking cessation services and gambling services, as well as self-help groups operating in this field.

We gather the information on the entities listed in this Map of Aid either directly from them or from public sources (e.g. websites). Although the database is regularly checked for accuracy, some information may be out of date.

• List of holders of certificates of professional competence in addiction services - Seznam držitelů certifikátů odborné způsobilosti adiktologických služeb, a list maintained by the Drug Policy Department of the Government Office of the Czech Republic, published on the Government Council for the Coordination of Addiction Policy website under the Certification and Network of Services tab Certifikace a síť služeb (Czech only).

• APAS Help Map - member organisations of the Association of Addiction Services Providers (APAS), which brings together 35 organisations providing addiction services in the Czech Republic.

• IPRH Help Map - a map administered by the Institute for the Regulation of Gambling (IPRH) as part of the Responsible Gaming project. It contains contacts for addiction services providing the prevention and treatment of gambling addiction, as well as civic counselling centres providing family and financial counselling, including debt issues.

• HIV testing - HIV TESTOVÁNÍ  a map and list of testing sites for anonymous HIV and similar infection testing (e.g. hepatitis C, hepatitis B and syphilis). The map is administered by the Czech AIDS Help Society.
• IntegroMap - this map covers many topics, not just health. It contains contact details for important services and activities that may be needed by newcomers to help them lead a dignified and fulfilling life in their new country. It is available as a web and mobile application for Android and iOS devices, and it supports three languages.
