Ing. Eva Škrdlantová

Ms. Skrdlantova joined the National Focal Point in January 2003. Now, she is the website editor, for part time (0,2) job. She is also involved in the preparation of the annual report. In the years 2003-2009, she worked in the focalpoint as public relations manager, responsible for public relations, media relations, book publishing and distribution (scientific series, annual reports, fact sheet Zaostreno na drogy) and the website drogy-info.cz.. Currently, she works also part-time in projects of the Department of Addictology of the First Facutly of Medicine, of the Charles University in Prague and General University Hospital in Prague, and in international projects in the drug epidemiology field.

After 1990, she worked in public administration supervisory management positions – at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic (Department of Media Analysis), at the Ministry of the Interior and Police Presidium. In 1996, she left for the private sector - working as an advisor in the field of development of corporate rules. In addition, she prepared analyses for publicistic and political TV discussions. She also participated in the preparation of documentary films on social and environmental topics. Until 1989, she worked in different office positions (companies Architektonicka sluzba and Centrotex).

She graduated the University of Economics, Prague. After 1990, she completed a 12-month external course Top Civil Servants supported by the Dutch Government (1992), and several other short courses.
